They’re portable, healthy and delicious and can be made and frozen ahead of time for your busiest days. We’ve rounded up 100 healthy muffin tin recipes for every meal!

4 Dos and Don’ts of Muffin Tin Meals

1. Do: Use a Silicone Muffin Tin for Freezing
Not only are muffin tin recipes convenient to take with you on the go, they’re also perfect for making ahead and freezing. Purchase a silicone muffin tin to freeze any leftovers or to pre-make your muffin tin meals. This way you can simply pop them out of the freezer and warm them up on your busiest days!

2. Don’t: Forget to Grease the Pan
When you’re making muffin tin meals, it’s important to lightly grease the pan so the ingredients don’t stick to it. Use butter or oil to prevent sticking, so you don’t lose half of the ingredients to the tin itself.

3. Do: Use a Spring-Loaded Ice Cream Scoop
One of the easiest ways to fill muffin tins with their contents is with a spring-loaded ice cream scoop. This makes the process faster and ensures each “muffin” comes out the same size. Fill them around Ÿ full so they have room to rise if needed.

4. Don’t: Eat Without Cooling
Once the muffin tin meal comes out of the oven, make sure you give it time to coo l- about 5 minutes. This will make the contents less likely to stick to the pan. If they end up sticking, place the pan on a warm, wet dish towel for a few minutes.
